Meineke Car Care Center

This was my first visit to Meineke in Wake Forest, and it was one of the best oil change experiences I've had. The staff was polite, professional, and the entire process was smooth. I especially appreciated Jason's honesty. Rather than pushing unnecessary services, he simply pointed out a few issues he noticed, including leaking CV joints and a valve cover gasket that will need replacement in the future. There was no pressure at all, and he only provided a quote because I asked for one. I already knew the CV joints were wearing out, so I appreciated the straightforward communication. Honest, respectful service like this is hard to find. I'll definitely be back.

I have been here twice and they have did the job both times quickly, efficiently, and just such on great customer service. Their price is great and affordable, especially when it’s a single income, sometimes people take advantage of women, but these guys are totally professional The team is just an awesome team. I will continue coming to this location.

As soon as I walked in, I overheard a customer thanking the gentleman at the front desk for fixing his car and expressing how grateful he was. Then, while I was waiting to be helped, another customer sitting next to me started telling me how great Meineke is and how honest they are. Before anyone had even assisted me, I had already heard two genuine reviews from real customers under the same roof. Needless to say, my expectations were high—and they absolutely delivered! The customer service was outstanding, they were honest and transparent throughout the process, and they made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. It’s easy to see why so many people trust this location. Highly recommend!

This place is the real deal. They are honest in their communication and are not trying to take advantage of you. Their techs are knowledgeable. Jason is who I worked with and his communication and honesty about our cars issues were on point. We will now be bringing all our cars here. highly recommended

I had my AC repaired through this car center, and I had a great experience. They worked with me on the price and gave me a good deal because they knew I had gone to another repair shop last year for the same issue. The staff was helpful and professional, and most importantly, my AC is working great now. I appreciate them taking care of me and would recommend them to others.
